@comcastcares Like I said, I don’t want to discuss plan options. I want to be able to look at them online at my leisure. The setup of the website implies this is possible, but then gives me this, “we’re sorry! Call us so we can hard sell you sh*t!”, message.

.@comcastcares ever since I got a new modem my internet goes out 3 or 4 times a day for about 1 minute. Is there anything you can look into to see what the issue is. This has been since July. Im at my wits end now.

@comcastcares After having googled this, it seems this is deliberate, and NOT a glitch. People talk about this in the Xfinity forums going back YEARS. This is really cementing my husband’s argument to cancel altogether & get internet elsewhere plus Sling TV.
