The toilet was easy to put in, looks nice, and works great. I wish we had replaced our old toilet years ago with this one.

It’s so good to finally have a toilet that actually flushes. The seat height is also perfect.

Love my Kohler toilet. My contractor suggested I change out my toilets and told me to be sure and get a Kohler. I told him isn't a toilet all in the same. He said, "no!" I took his word and thanked him. My Kohler toilets flush incredibly and I chose the straight base which is easy to clean. Loving my new Kohler toilet.

Installation went well with the new mounting system, and I would say it is a definite improvement over the old method of putting the ceramic flush outlet horn of the toilet onto a wax donut directly on the floor. Guiding everything onto the hold down bolts without messing up the donut couild be tricky. Time will tell if that plastic part between the ceramic horn and the floor holds up...I hope so.The toilet flushes very effectively, and it appears the flush and fill mechanism inside the tank is much less likely to get tangled or misaligned- and therefore run endlessly until you fix it - than the old flapper valve varieties. Again...I hope so.

Person at service counter was not friendly. Person that brought the product from the back was extremely friendly and helpful.

Its in a week. So far its much quieter and much, much better at self cleaning than our old Highline Pressure assist.

Disappointed

The instructions are very general. I watched a few videos but they were also very vague. It was pretty much a guess as to where the shell had to seat over the fixture. I couldn't get one of the bolts to grab onto the fixture. The part with the nut kept falling off because the little nub that was supposed to hold it in place wasn't doing its job. I used some tape to hold it in place. I also had to apply some tape to raise the nuts up a little so the bolt would start. When I put the tank top on, it wiggled and did not seat firmly against the bottom. I called Customer Service and followed their instructions about how much I should tighten the retaining bolts but that was not enough to compress the rubber washer so the metal feet would contact the base. I had to install plastic shims. It improved it slightly but there is still a wobble. I should have stuck with a more conventional design! Very disappointed!

Consumers Report rated this toilet very high, so I ordered it. I am extremely disappointed because it can barely flush toilet paper. What else does a toilet do? If it can’t flush well it’s a failure :(

The tile we bought was fine, except one box had been opened and two pieces were not the same product as the rest in the box.....we'll return them. The gentleman who helped us by loading the heavy material was just the best ever!! Deserves a raise!!!

size is great, flush power is great, but they are loud flushing, and 2 of the 3 purchased continuously drain into the bowl

A lot of complications if the flooring around the flange does not provide an even surface on which to mount the plastic component that connects to the flange (this would not be a problem if the toilet base was placed directly on the wax ring and flange). This made, would would have been an hour install into a 2 day install (needed to level the floor with additional grout around the flange). The instructions were also lacking (the parts were not referenced in the diagrams).

Sleak look, easy to clean, works great.

Worked for 6 flushes and now tank won’t fill. Several u-tube videos on how to fix this problem but once “fixed”, works twice then doesn’t fill again. Should not have to take the tank lid off everytime you use a toilet. Obviously a pervasive problem with Kohler.

Great toilet. Water saving flush system that does a way better job than the older toilet it replaced. The installation was super easy with everything needed to install including the wax ring. It would be better for the instructions to have some wording instead of just pictures but if you’re the least bit handy it’s not a big deal. The design of this toilet makes it very easy to clean on the outside and saves time. I like the bracket that Kohler uses to attach the tank to the bowl. No more rusted bolts that can cause a future leak. Highly recommend this one.

Great toilet ~ had two for the last year and adding a 3rd. It’s a little different to install because not 2 pieces but not too difficult (per installer). The extra height is nice. With the straight sides it is easy to clean!!!

The toilet works and looks excellent. We like the no slam seat and lid. Also the smooth sides make it easy to clean. Two thumbs up
