warehouse in gta 5 online how much money you’ll need what’s involved
in buying and selling special cargo and some handy tips on maximizing your profits
hi and welcome back my name’s Dan and i’m an old grumpy gamer grand theft auto is a truly massive
game between gta 5 and the constant update from rockstar for gta online there’s no shortage of
new content and interesting things to do join me then as we look at buying and making money
from a special cargo warehouse in gta 5 online before we dive in if you’re new to the channel
we do how-to guides news and giveaways so consider subscribing ring the bell to stay
up to date diving into your first business on gta online can be a little intimidating and there’s
not a lot of information given from official sources on prerequisites or what to expect so
that’s what we’re covering here first up in order to start doing special cargo missions you’ll need
a cargo warehouse but before that you’ll need to be a ceo so let’s answer the big question first
how much money can you make with a warehouse in short around about 286 000 per hour when
you solo but a lot more with friends and more again during special event weeks warehouses are
active businesses in gta online there’s no passive income to them and you’ll need to do actual
missions to earn but they’re reasonably easy with a bit of practice and they don’t take too long
so first things first to access the special cargo warehouses you’ll need to be a ceo and to do that
you need a ceo’s office the cheapest one is maze bank west at a million dollars now don’t worry
about the upgrades to start with you can renovate this later just grab the cheapest option to start
with once that’s done you can purchase the crate warehouse again going with the cheapest one to
get you rolling grab the convenience store lockup in rancho south los santos this will set you back
250 grand has a weekly maintenance fee of 50 and can hold 16 crates now you can spend a bit more
and grab a different location if you like and the footage shows a different warehouse but for this
guide i’ll assume we’re going with the cheapest options available right so that’s almost all you
need to get started one million and fifty thousand out of pocket it might be a bit less during event
weeks but budget one point two five mil next up let’s go through the first mission again assuming
money is tight let’s go with a single crate pickup it’s more time efficient to do three at a time but
again let’s assume you’re on a budget click the buy button for the single crate which will set
you back at 2 000 then click confirm and head back out once you’re out of the building your
assistant will give you a call with instructions now listen to them carefully they are important
grab your personal vehicle if you have one or you can borrow one or you can call in a free car
from the vip menu and head to the destination you may need to take out some enemies you may
need to drop a flare or you may need to steal something there are about half a dozen different
scenarios once you’ve cleared the pickup you can head back to the warehouse which will be marked
on the map now that’s done there will likely be a cooldown so i’d suggest jumping into some vip work
and once that’s complete you’ll either be able to collect some more cargo or do a sell mission which
we’ll jump into right now so head back to your warehouse and head over to the computer now for
this example we’ve only got a single crate and as a solo player you can typically sell up to three
crates at a time which will net you a better price in most cases it will be a single drop off there’s
a non-zero chance you have to do up to three different locations so single crate for beginners
click on the blue cell button and then confirm you’ll then be dumped outside of the warehouse
where you’ll get another call from your assistant again listen to it carefully it is important okay
now once it’s over you’ll get a marker to a truck boat or plane now once you’ve completed
the mission the cash will be deposited in your maze bank account and there’ll be a quick cooldown
on craigslist missions again jump into some vip mission work if you’re short on cash once the
cooldown’s passed you can head back to the office log into the computer click your warehouse and get
started again now a couple of quick tips i highly recommend tooling up before missions an automatic
armor a sniper rifle homing missiles and grenades will come in very handy if you can grab a batty
801 or an 801 rr with as many performance upgrades as you can this is one of the fastest and cheapest
forms of transport in the game it’s brutally quick and can genuinely speed up runs we’ve all heard of
cargo griefing and it is very very real so before setting up a buy or sell mission check the lobby
and drop a quick message in chat to see if it’s safe most of the time you’ll receive an honest
reply to maximize your profit per hour once you have your head around the whole process be sure to
buy three crates at a time and sell nine crates at a time and that’s it with a bit of practice you’ll
be up to that 286 grand per hour in no time and if you’re lucky enough to have some friends or a
