Alicia Avila — The people I contacted when I had to plan the burial arrangements were all great. I had already purchased a plot many years ago so we only had to plan the burial. The rest of the family decided on another mortuary so only the burial would be at Forest Lawn. His wife and I had to come in to sign the... Read more paperwork and confirm the space. We went in and we didn't even go into an office to sign the paperwork. We had to sign them right there at the front desk. I went online hoping to see information on my dad's burial service, but there was nothing. I called and they informed me that because it was only the burial service, they did not post anything. I was upset and I asked why, the burial service is still going to be there. But that is their policy, I do not agree. I would have loved to have everything there, but it was not just my decision.
It seems it's all about money. My dad wanted to be buried there, so I thought they would have been more sympathetic and helpful. Only if you pay everything there. Very sad, especially at this difficult time. Read less
