@Xfinity shockingly bad service…our family moved locally and instead of transferring service, they canceled it…I lost all my recordings and spent 7 hours trying to fix it…3 different techs said they did something on their end and it takes an hour to process….a lie to end call

. @Xfinity is it normal for you all to charge people for tech visits that are unavoidable after being promised a service remotely...but it doesn't work? Then when you're promised that at least half the visit will be credited back to you...it's not. Just checking.
